Wilton, CT, June 14, 2023 – Altus Capital Partners, Inc. (“Altus”), an investment firm focused on middle market manufacturing companies, today announced that Andrew Matney has joined the firm as Vice President based in the Wilton office.

As Vice President, Mr. Matney will be responsible for deal sourcing, strategic analysis, market research, underwriting, due diligence, closing new investments and assisting in managing existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Altus, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Lincoln International focused on sell-side M&A transactions. Prior to that, he was at Park Sutton Advisors in a similar role. His previous engagement was at Wells Fargo where he was an Assistant Vice President working on debt offerings, credit operations, and client relationships. Andrew started his career at Capital Bank in loan origination.

Andrew earned an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BBA from the University of Texas at El Paso. He holds licenses in FINRA Series 79 and NASAA Series 63.  

Working with Mr. Matney will be Preetam Beram, recently promoted to Associate. Mr. Beram joined the firm in 2021 and is responsible for investment due diligence, underwriting, and portfolio company monitoring. He began his career as an analyst at RHK Capital, within the equity capital markets division. He holds an B.S. in Finance from University of Connecticut.
